Pepperoni Bread Recipe
A big thanks goes out to my Uncle Bob and Aunt Liz for teaching my family this recipe. Thanks to my sister Nichole for reminding me how to make it. This makes for great pick food at a party!
You’ll need the following ingredients:
(1) Pizza dough (you can get this in your bakery section)
(2) 1/2 to 3/4 lb of THINLY sliced pepperoni
(3) 1 block of Sargento Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese
(4) Olive Oil
You’ll need the following kitchen equipment:
(1) Oven
(2) Cookie sheet tray
(3) Cheese grater
(4) Rolling Pin
Let the pizza dough rise for about 20 minutes to an hour (it’s easier to work with if you let it rise). Preheat the oven for 350 degrees.
Optional: You can rinse the pepperoni in water to make it less greasy.
Shred the block of cheese with a cheese grater. Clean the counter space you want to use and put a little flour on it to keep the dough from sticking. Roll out your dough pretty thin.

Spread the cheese over the dough, then layer the pepperoni on top.

Fold the whole thing like a brochure. Put olive oil on the cookie sheet. Put the bread on the sheet and seal all the edges closed. Pat some olive oil on the bread and bake for 45 mins.
